Yoga Class w/ Special Guest - Monica Cook

Join us for yoga with Monica Cook:

In this slow flow vinyasa style yoga class we link intention, breath and movement in a functional, alignment-based way.  Just as in any class, yoga should be playful and fun, however, because it’s a slower flowing class, we can explore our body and how it responds/reacts to certain postures and the emotions we carry with us in a safe, nurturing environment.

Note: Participants will need a Yoga Mat.
